Lead Event Planner
Sarah Nunnenmacher has always been intrigued by events and the various aspects that go into organizing them - from the florals and invitations, to the color schemes and designs, to the music and entertainment, to maintaining an orderly timeline.
She has leveraged her experience working with different planners into creating a coordination style that is unique. She specializes in personalizing diverse events for each client and handling stressful event situations
Sarah brings a “can-do” attitude to everything she does to create a positive impact on those around her.
Sarah lives lifestyle to the fullest by taking in all of the experiences she can in terms of live music, fabulous restaurants, year-round festivals, incredible hiking, camping adventures, skiing and more.
Mike Dunlap
Co-Owner | Food & Beverage Director
Mike Dunlap has always loved the social bonding, the celebration, and happiness that events bring its guests. Mike has 30+ years of culinary experience in Colorado, and has helped run and operate Garfinkel’s the past 25 years, and El Sabor for the past 8 years.
In the winter, you can find Mike snowboarding, and in the summer you can catch him on his mountain bike jamming out to some Rock N’ Roll.
