You have the option! We offer a variety of alcohol packages, including a tab bar option. Both options have their benefits, depending on your event type and the guests attending. Our event planners are ready to discuss the pros and cons of each option.

All Rocky Mountain venues and catering options differ in pricing, therefore no two events will be priced exactly the same. However, we pride ourselves in offering affordable options to fit your budget and your visions.

You may bring outside food into the venue, depending on the venue. However, for the perfect tastes, and with over 30 years of experience, we recommend you allow us to take care of the catering! We welcome you to bring outside desserts. Due to liquor licenses, we do not allow outside beverages into the venue.

Vail is beautiful during the summer. The average weather during the summertime is sunny and 75 degrees during the day, and around a brisk 50 degrees at night. However, the weather could always differ, depending on the year.

Each Rocky Mountain venue we work with allows for different setup and clean up procedures. However, that’s where we come in - we are experts and will make sure everything is perfect from the start of the event through the end of the evening!
